The Inquiry Lab

The Inquiry Lab model, our after-school program, is intended to provide students with enough independent work time (Goal Time) at school so that they are able to spend time with family and decompress once they go home. The Inquiry Lab provides an opportunity for students to do goal work that would traditionally be considered homework. Additionally, KLS offers a myriad of opportunities for students to lead and participate in after the core school day.

Students who are not in activities and clubs during Inquiry Lab are expected to utilize this time to work on their goals and are required to do so for at least the first portion of Inquiry Lab. During Inquiry Lab, students can participate in provided activities, teacher-led clubs, and student-led clubs. Students can also apply to be a leader of a club each term.
