Class of 2021 Graduates from Khan Lab School

On Thursday, June 3, our first graduating class walked the stage at our commencement ceremony, successfully completing their journeys as students at KLS. We celebrated our nine graduates at the Rengstorff House in Mountain View, followed by a lunch generously sponsored by the Vedati family.

Earlier in the week on Tuesday, June 1, our "juniors" hosted a special "Senior" Dinner to acknowledge the accomplishments and talents of our soon-to-be graduates. On Graduation Day, our students and members of our community of learners continued to celebrate this momentous occasion, with highlights including a land acknowledgment from Bella Taneja '21 and Jane Beeler '21, an address from our class speaker, Parth Iyer '21, and remarks by our staff speaker and Director of College Counseling Janan Sabeh, our High School program's Executive Director Kim Dow, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees and school founder, Sal Khan. Our celebration was complete with music by our Music Specialist, Jacob E.A.

Each of our graduates has an exciting path ahead of them, and all of our students will be beginning their next chapter at colleges and universities throughout the United States. Learn more about where our graduates are headed next on our Graduation 2021 webpage.

Congratulations, Class of 2021!

A video recording of Graduation 2021 and photos from Graduation Week will be made available soon via our Graduation website.
