Our Middle School (MS) students have issued a reading challenge to our High School (HS) students this summer! From Monday, June 21, to Wednesday, July 21, our two student teams are competing to see who can read the most and the most broadly. Our faculty couldn't resist joining the reading challenge, forming their own unofficial KLS Faculty-Staff team.

At the tenth day of our month-long challenge, we rounded up the results in progress. Here is the leaderboard in categories that have earned significant points:

Most Books: First place for this category is currently held by MS with 27 logged books, then HS with 21 logged books, and the unofficial KLS Faculty-Staff team with 17 books logged.

Most Pages: First place in this category is currently held by HS by far with 10,128 pages read, then MS with 7,550 pages, and unofficial KLS Faculty-Staff team with 3,299 pages logged.

Most Diverse Authors: First place for this category is held by the KLS Faculty-Staff team, with MS in second place, and HS in third place.

Widest Genre Variety: First place for this category is held by the KLS Faculty-Staff team, with MS very close behind in second place, and HS in third place.

The winning team will be announced on Friday, July 23Check back for updates on our reading challenge!
